I Got a Girl Crush on that CONFIDENCE!

So, unless you have been living under a rock we have all heard that Sports Illustrated has a new cover model this year, and she is plus sized! Ashley Graham is an up and coming household name. So once I saw her cover all over my Facebook I took sometime to basically stalk her, yes I looked at every post on her Intagram, and I fell in love! That is the BODY I WANT! Graham is a size 16, so that’s not that far for me to go, it’s not like I’m trying to be a size 6! I would never want to be any smaller.

I love my body and I love my body how I am right now! I think it’s all about how you feel, and Graham obviously feels great about her body! I have to say this might be bad but I feel great with mine, all size 20 of it. After all this homework today I am probably going to drag my ass to a fast food restaurant and order some sweet tea and fries. So I guess I actually don’t want her body and I’ll just keep rocking mine.

But, I think what is important for women of all sizes is to rock what they got! I showed several guy friends of mine Ashley Graham and some of the other SI Models. They all said the Graham was the HOTTEST! That is great news big girls! Guys think you’re hot if you are confidant, charismatic, and fun! Guapo said it’s just a matter of confidence. So I encourage you all to do what makes you feel more confidant. But, beauty is so much more than the size of your pants or the number on the scale. Beauty is knowing you are a great person, fun, charismatic, a type of friend that can be called anytime of day or night, loyal, and loving to those who matter. I know all these things about myself and I think I am pretty right now. So I’m channeling my confidence and I’m gonna be one hot plus sized girl out in this world!

So I am still going to take my sexy confident self to go get those fries and sweet tea, but I am also going to set some goals.

  • Encourage myself everyday with positive self-talk.
  • Surround myself with people who love me and lift me up.
  • Go to the gym 3 times a week
  • TRY YOGA!! I am going to a yoga class on Tuesday!! Ill let ya know how it goes.
  • Reach my step goal every week!
  • Rock what I got and light up any room!
